On May 17, Vision China (Beijing) Machine Vision Exhibition, themed “Machine Vision Technology Driving High-Quality Development in Intelligent Manufacturing,” officially opened in Beijing. As a CMVU member and a leading company in the industry, Vizum unveiled two of its latest products: the Handheld 3D Intelligent Terminal and the Desktop 3D High-Precision Color Modeling Scanner.
01 Handheld 3D Intelligent Terminal
The Handheld 3D Intelligent Terminal is a lightweight smart device tailored for mobile application scenarios. Equipped with Vizum’s self-developed intelligent camera and a high-resolution LCD touchscreen, it adopts a binocular stereo camera and a high-pixel color camera design. The device is capable of generating complete 3D spatial color data, outputting RGBD data, point clouds, depth maps, and color images directly from the camera end.
It features high fusion accuracy for color and depth data, a wide field of view, and fast real-time registration. The all-in-one design allows users to complete parameter settings, data acquisition, analysis, and visualization without any external equipment.
02 Desktop 3D High-Precision Color Modeling Scanner
The Desktop 3D High-Precision Color Modeling Scanner integrates Vizum’s proprietary hardware and software technologies. Using an RGBD stereo camera, it performs 360-degree rotational scanning of objects and reconstructs high-precision full-color 3D point cloud models through advanced fusion algorithms.
The device features a precision rotary platform with adjustable speed, emergency stop, and automatic control modes. Objects placed directly on the platform can be scanned and visualized in real time, with no need to wait for post-processing. Its compact, integrated structure and plug-and-play design allow users to begin scanning with one click after software installation.
