The opening ceremony of the Zhongguancun Forum – 2024 Zhongguancun International Technology Trade Conference and Global Tech Ecosystem Partner Summit was recently held, where the 2024 “Top 100 New Technologies and Products List” was officially released. This list is an important part of the Zhongguancun Forum’s “Zhongguancun International Technology Trade Conference.” After a three-month evaluation process, 3,013 projects were submitted and assessed based on four dimensions: innovation, hard-tech strength, market potential, and high growth. A panel of 97 academicians, technical experts, and investors conducted five rounds of selection, resulting in the official release of the “Top 100 New Technologies and Products List.” Vizum’s “3D Vision Intelligent Welding Guidance Application Platform – MH Welding Platform” stood out and was successfully selected among the top 100.

The “Top 100 New Technologies and Products List” is a key component of the Zhongguancun Forum’s “Zhongguancun International Technology Trade Conference.” First established in 2020, the conference aims to build a national-level, globally oriented platform that integrates the release and promotion of cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements, supply-demand matching, business negotiation, and publicity display. 3D Vision Intelligent Welding Guidance Application Platform – MH Welding Platform
The 3D Vision Intelligent Welding Guidance Application Platform is based on Vizum’s self-developed ViEye stereo camera. Leveraging the camera’s wide field of view, large depth of field, and high precision, it enables long-range, large-area workpiece recognition and coarse positioning, as well as close-range scanning for weld seam extraction — all with a single camera. The system supports point, line, and surface perception, along with contour recognition.
Vizum offers customers standard communication protocols for weld inspection and extraction free of charge. To facilitate rapid implementation and system integration, Vizum has also developed the 3D Vision Intelligent Welding Guidance Management Software. The software supports importing workpiece design models, automatic matching with the welding library, one-click generation of welding programs, 3D visualization of weld seam extraction, and remote parameter tuning. Welding users can meet their weld seam extraction application needs with minimal development effort.
