On March 27, 2026, the three-day VisionChina 2026 (Shanghai) concluded successfully at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As a pioneer in 3D machine vision, Weijing Intelligence showcased its self-developed core technologies and industrial-grade solutions, demonstrating the profound integration of machine vision within complex industrial landscapes.

Core Technology: Live Highlights

The Weijing booth featured five core demonstration zones, presenting a comprehensive ecosystem ranging from hardware perception to software decision-making, and the evolution from 3D vision to Embodied AI.

01. Smart Welding System: Large-Field & Precision Synergy Standing 4 meters tall, our flagship smart welding system drew significant attention. By combining the Wiseye 900 (large field-of-view path planning) with the StarryEye 130 (localized high-precision detection), and powered by the Tiger smart welding platform, the system achieves fully automated, “no-teach” intelligent welding—significantly lowering the barrier for automated production line deployment.

02. Melt Pool Inspection: The “Digital Eye” of Welding Making its debut, the StarryEye Pro featured a new melt pool inspection function designed for high-end welding requirements. It tracks micro-state changes in real-time during the welding process, ensuring stable quality control and providing reliable data support for high-stakes industrial production.

03. Steel Mesh Spot Welding: Efficiency Meets Reliability In a simulated spot-welding scenario, the Wiseye 130 guided a robotic arm with surgical precision. Supported by the Flying Tiger smart gripping platform for real-time imaging, this industrial-grade stereo vision system demonstrated exceptional stability and response times in complex point-cloud guidance.

04. Circular Hole Positioning: Sub-Millimeter Precision To address high-precision assembly needs, the Wiseye 320 and Wiseye 130 duo demonstrated flawless performance in complex hole-positioning tasks. Real-time imaging ensures that every mechanical movement is perfectly synchronized with visual feedback for ultra-accurate execution.

05. Embodied AI: Humanoid Robots & Dexterous Hands The star of the show was “Xiao Wei,” Weijing’s AGV-based humanoid robot. Beyond navigation, its smart dexterous hand uses visual feedback to perform flexible, human-like operations. With “full-stack self-development” spanning algorithms, perception, and execution, Weijing proved its “hardcore” strength in complex system integration.

Looking Ahead

The three-day exhibition may have ended, but our momentum has not. Weijing Intelligence remains committed to the philosophy of “Technology-Driven, Application-First.” As the wave of Industry 4.0 accelerates, we will continue to optimize our 3D industrial cameras and humanoid robotics. We look forward to partnering with global industry leaders to redefine the future of 3D machine vision.
