Ore Size Classification and Positioning System

System Overview

The Ore Size Sorting and Positioning System is built upon Vizum’s proprietary stereo vision technology, enabling high-precision 3D surface reconstruction of multiple types of ores in high-speed motion. The system performs real-time extraction and output of critical geometric parameters for each ore, including maximum length, width, height, integrated volume, and spatial coordinates on the conveyor belt. These outputs can be directly interfaced with automated classification units or high-pressure air-jet actuators to achieve high-throughput ore separation. Key technical advantages include support for concurrent multi-object measurement, wide field-of-view coverage, strong adaptability to harsh industrial environments, high configurability, and ease of system integration and deployment.
